This body of work is acrylic paint and oil paint on canvas. The work revolves around the idea of the search of identity for an individual with crossed backgrounds and cultures. These narratives take place in unreal dreamlike settings and situations. The narratives indicate the importance of time, direction, and migration. Flying signifiers of cultural value and homage to the past are present throughout each piece to remind the viewer of morals forgotten while in pursuit of life.
